Thank you for shopping at Subhani Studio. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items bought on sale or discount (unless the item is received damaged or defective)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Used or washed items

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos or video of the damaged item
  • Your order number

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit (depending on the case)

⚠️ Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping
